We guarantee your product(s) will be engraved exactly as indicated and in the material, size, and color you choose. Please double-check your order before entering your initials and submitting it on the website. Products engraved as ordered may not be returned for a refund, and the shipping and handling costs are not refundable.

Since we obtain a tracking number and insurance for all packages mailed via Priority Mail through the US Postal Services (USPS) and shipped via UPS, we guarantee product delivery to the designated destination using those methods.  Products shipped Ground Advantage via the USPS are not guaranteed.
